Rare specimen of quartz with nellite inclusions. « Nellite" is the commercial name for a recently discovered quartz, composed of tiger's eye and sometimes hawk's eye, similar to pietersite and without any chatoyancy effect. It's also called "Lion Skin" in reference to the feline's coat.
